Auctioneer's Note:  This is a Huge Auction with Many Different Items.  The variety of items in this auciton is fantastic, bring your packing boxes, wrapping paper, totes and plenty of help to keep up with the items you purchase.  This will be a full day.

Auction Terms and Conditons:  All items will be sold in as-is, where-is, conditon.  All buyer's are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the item or items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All purchases are to be paid for the day of auction. 

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Approved Check with Photo and Satisfactory ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of Payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee included with the final purchase total.  For payments made with Cash or Approved Check, the 4% buyer's fee will be waived on Personal Property Items Only.
