This house was designed and constructed by students in the MSU Building Construction Science Program Description House #1 This tiny house is perfect for your gameday weekend house or your get away weekend. It has a footprint of 30’x 8’-6” and consists of three different transportable modules and deck (4 pieces total). This 189 square foot tiny house also includes 220 square feet of roof top decking space perfect for cookouts and get-togethers. This house has kitchen/living area, bedroom, and bathroom capable living spaces. Electrical wiring is roughed-in throughout the house, but includes no fixtures or switches. This house does not have plumbing in it however, it could be added once purchased. Lastly, this house has fifteen windows and three doors for nice natural lighting throughout. Modular House, Hunting, Fishing, Lake House for auction. This house was designed and constructed by students in the MSU Building Construction Science Program. Description • This house has four modules: two ground level modules measuring about 8’ x 8’; one second story module measuring about 8’ x 8’; and a removable adjoining deck. • House to be sold “As Is” with no warranty or Exchanges • The ground level floors are one piece concrete slabs. • Sheathing is formed panels. • Windows are insulated vinyl • Interior finish is wood plank. • Shower is unfinished, no cabinets or plumbing. • Electrical rough-in and 100A panel box installed Second level module and deck are removable just below the upper row of windows to allow the House to be transported on a trailer in four sections. Top section will have to be lifted into place at the destination. The two parts will be separated here prior to the move. Estimated weight of the two parts is: Lower level modules 12,000 lbs. Upper level module and deck 8,000 lbs Total 20,000 lbs.
