This tiny house is perfect for your gameday weekend house or your get away weekend. It has a footprint of 14’-4”x 26’-4” and consist of 5 different transportable modules. This 421 square foot tiny house also includes 55 square feet of decking space perfect for the grill and morning sunrises. This house has a kitchen/living area, a bedroom, and bathroom capable living spaces. This house will need electrical and plumbing fixtures to complete. Lastly, this house has 16 window openings and 3 door openings for nice natural lighting throughout. Some doors and windows are not included, see pics. Description • This house has five modules: three ground level modules and two second story modules. • House to be sold “As Is” with no warranty or exchanges • The ground level floors are poured concrete slabs. • Some of the sheathing is formed panels. • The interior is unfinished. • Shower is unfinished, no cabinets or plumbing. • No electrical included Estimated weight of the lower level modules: 12,000 lbs. Upper level module and deck 8,000 lbs Total 20,000 lbs.
