This tiny house is perfect for your gameday weekend house or your get away weekend. It has a footprint of 17’-10”x 18’-8” and consist of 6 different transportable modules. This 336 square foot tiny house also includes 48 square feet of decking space perfect for grill outs and morning sunrises. This house has a kitchen/living area, a bedroom, and bathroom capable living spaces. This house has sheetrock interior that is primed and ready to paint on the inside. This house has electrical wires and pipes roughed-in for sinks, showers, toilets, and a washing machine. Lastly, this house has 18 window and 2 door openings for nice natural lighting throughout. Some windows and doors not included, see pics. Description • This house has six modules. • House to be sold “As Is” with no warranty or exchanges • The ground level floors are poured concrete slabs. • Shower is unfinished, no cabinets or fixtures. • Electrical rough-in completed. Second level modules and deck are removable just below the upper row of windows to allow the House to be transported on a trailer in six sections. Top sections to be lifted into place at the destination.
