100 Upholstered Sofa, by Hickory. A nice and clean, well maintained couch showing very little use. Manufactured by Hickory. Loose square cushions, upholstered with a repeating garden and pond scene. In Mahogany, dating first half 20th century. A large and substantial desk with lots of compartments for well-organized storage (including, at least, two secret compartments). Breaks down where the roll top upper section stays in tact, but the left and right lower drawer sections separate easily. The louvered roll top slats will need reattached to the backing and a few will need mended. Ornate with Ormolu Mounts An extremely grand day bed, in mahogany veneer, with identical head- and footboards topped by curved rounded rails. Rosette medallions at the top of each stile, rails adorned with cast and gilt metal adornments. With arched upholstered headboard, designed to be mounted to the wall and has hooks to drape sheer fabric down to bed with. The veneer is bubbling in places, but it is definitely a piece worth attention. Can accommodate a mattress that is 71" x 41.5", total length is 95", width is 43", height is 42". 118 Pair vintage wrought Iron Mid Century Patio Chairs by Antarenni (in the style of Salterini). 2 1950's / 1960's era wrought iron porch or patio chairs, underside marked Antarenni. Cast Iron Base, by Keuffel & Esser Co., New York This was taken from St. Joe Lead many years ago, the owner knows that it originally was used by St. Joe in Missouri, back in the 1930's. With an adjustable cast iron base that looks to be in good condition. The mahogany case is decorated with figured mahogany veneers to the base panel, including a flame mahogany veneered door, the bonnet with matched swan neck pediments and eagle on ball finial. The painted dial has a white face with Roman numerals, a second dial and a calendar dial, with absolutely lovely, somewhat naive, folk art painting. Depicting a courting scene of “Pattie and Peggy” with an onlooking sheep and a very cute puppy dog at the top, the four corners painted to represent the four seasons; Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. Be sure to pay attention to the pendulum, which also has some great paint. Pendulum will need new connecting spring. 126 Antique Floor Lamp Early 20th Century, wrought iron floor lamp.
