*Payment must be made before any items are removed.
* If item remains unpaid for 5 days or if the item is not picked up 5 days from the auction end date (regardless if item has been paid for), said item/s will be resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.
*Seller(s) have right to reject final bid on their items; Sellers have the right to bid on their own Items; Auction company has the right to bid on behalf of the seller(s) or Buyer(s).
* Approved Payment: USD, Check (in USD), and Credit Card (4% Charge) (in USD)
*All items sell AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. We always do our best to most accurately describe all items, however, we are not experts on everything. Assure you thoroughly review all images before placing a bid and call Gathman Auction Co. if you have additional questions.
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

*Shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
*Shipping: All items are shipped through USPS only. Shipping cost will start at $10 for any item that is more than 12 inches or does not fit in a standard priority mail box. Shipping cost will increase by item(s) size and weight. If a bidder/buyer that requested shipping decides to forfeit the item(s) after the auction closes or decides to no longer want shipping, the bidder/buyer is still responsible for handling charges. Handling charges are a minimum of $5 per package. Handling cost increases based on time and materials required to package item(s).
CHECKOUT: *ONE DAY ONLY* MONDAY, JUNE 14TH FROM 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm CDT at GATHMAN AUCTION COMPANY'S AUCTION HOUSE (306 W. MAIN ST., HAVANA, IL 62644). All items must be paid for and picked up by JUNE 14TH at 5:00 pm. We are happy to ship items at the buyer's expense. SHIPPING arrangements need to be made by JUNE 14TH at 5:00 pm. If you purchased large items, please make sure you bring someone to help you load.
