They are under no legal disability or prohibition to own a firearm. 6.) They are not relying upon auctioneer or seller to perform any safety inspection of the firearm or otherwise provide instruction as to the safe use of the firearm. This is an "as is" sale and Buyer is responsible for determining if the firearm is safe to use, the proper ammunition to use in the firearm and Buyer states they are relying entirely upon their own inspection and training to use this firearm.
