***BUYER'S PREMIUM AND TAX: A buyer's premium equal to 10% will be applied to all winning bids The buyer's premium percentage will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer, as part of the pinal purchase price. 7% sales tax will also be charged to all in-state bidders unless the buyer possesses a sales tax exemption number. Firearms will have a $20 FFL transfer fee. AAA Auction Service, Inc., is a licensed FFL. All out-of-state firearm purchases will only be shipped to a licensed FFL. ***PAYMENT: Payment for any purchase is considered due and payable on receipt of invoice. All payments are due in our office by Friday at 4:45. We will then charge the card that is on file. We will hold merchandise for 2 weeks. At that time the Merchandise becomes the owner of AAA Auction Service. AAA Auction Service, Inc., may, in its discretion, ban buyers from participating in future auctions. All purchases must be paid for before merchandise is removed from auction premises. Payments accepted are cash, check (merchandise may be held until cleared by bank), bank check or money order, bank wire transfer, PayPal (online bidders only), or Visa/Mastercard. Any PayPal or Credit Card purchases must be made with AAA Auction Service office, & will charged a 4% convenience fee. Personal checks from bidders unknown to AAA Auction Service, Inc., will be acceptable only if credit has been previously established or if a bank authorization has been received guaranteeing a personal check. The buyer agrees to pay AAA Auction Service, Inc. a handling charge of $35.00 for any check not honored by the drawee. If the purchaser breaches any of its obligations under thse conditions of sale, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price for all items purchased, AAA Auction Service, Inc. may exercise its rights under the law, which may include canceling the sale and applying any payments made by the buyer to the damages caused by the breach, and/or offering at public auction, without reserve, any lot or item for which the buyer has failed to pay in full or failed to remove from the premises with 30 days. The buyer will be held liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale. The liability of AAA Auction Service, Inc. to any buyer in regard to any item shall not exceed the purchae price actually paid by such buyer. It is the responsibility of the bidder to arrange method and delivery of complete payment with auctioneer. ***REMOVAL: All items must be paid for in full before they may be removed from auction location. All items MUST be removed from auction location during announced removal period. Items paid for and not removed from auction premises after 10 business days may be considered abandoned by the auctioneer. ***SHIPPING: All shipping needs and associated costs are the responsibility of the bidder. No sale will be voided or adjusted to account for unforeseen packing and shipping costs or complications. OPTION 1: At bidder's request, auctioneer will transport items, at no charge, to PakMail at 7525 Maplecrest Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46835 (260)486-0204 or to The UPS Store at 921 E Dupont Rd, Ft. Wayne, IN 46825 (260)490-2800. Buyer's may select from these two shippers and must complete the shipping process independent of the auctioneer. Please research packing and shipping costs with the shipper before you bid! You may contact them at the numbers given above. OPTION 2: At bidder's request, auctioneer will pack and ship items to bidder only if items can be shipped in USPS Priority Flat Rate Mailing Box or Envelope. (The largest USPS Flat Rate Box measures 12"x12"x8".) In this event, bidder agrees that (a) all such packaging, handling and shipping is at sole risk of the purchaser and that auctioneer shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items, and (b) purchaser shall pay all charges in advance of item being shipped. The bidder will pay all postage or freight costs, plus an appropriate handling fee to account for time & materials. This handling fee will be $5 per winning bidder for first item and $3 thereafter per item with a cap of $50. The buyer is solely responsible for securing of labor for loading and packing of items purchased. AAA Auction Service, Inc., does not employ laborers for loading and packing purposes. ***BUYER'S PREMIUM AND TAX: A buyer's premium equal to 10% will be applied to all winning bids The buyer's premium percentage will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer, as part of the pinal purchase price. 7% sales tax will also be charged to all in-state bidders unless the buyer possesses a sales tax exemption number. Firearms will have a $20 FFL transfer fee. AAA Auction Service, Inc., is a licensed FFL. All out-of-state firearm purchases will only be shipped to a licensed FFL. ***PAYMENT: Payment for any purchase is considered due and payable on receipt of invoice. All payments are due in our office by Friday at 4:45. We will then charge the card that is on file. We will hold merchandise for 2 weeks. At that time the Merchandise becomes the owner of AAA Auction Service. AAA Auction Service, Inc., may, in its discretion, ban buyers from participating in future auctions. All purchases must be paid for before merchandise is removed from auction premises. Payments accepted are cash, check (merchandise may be held until cleared by bank), bank check or money order, bank wire transfer, PayPal (online bidders only), or Visa/Mastercard. Any PayPal or Credit Card purchases must be made with AAA Auction Service office, & will charged a 4% convenience fee. Personal checks from bidders unknown to AAA Auction Service, Inc., will be acceptable only if credit has been previously established or if a bank authorization has been received guaranteeing a personal check. The buyer agrees to pay AAA Auction Service, Inc. a handling charge of $35.00 for any check not honored by the drawee. If the purchaser breaches any of its obligations under thse conditions of sale, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price for all items purchased, AAA Auction Service, Inc. may exercise its rights under the law, which may include canceling the sale and applying any payments made by the buyer to the damages caused by the breach, and/or offering at public auction, without reserve, any lot or item for which the buyer has failed to pay in full or failed to remove from the premises with 30 days. The buyer will be held liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale. The liability of AAA Auction Service, Inc. to any buyer in regard to any item shall not exceed the purchae price actually paid by such buyer. It is the responsibility of the bidder to arrange method and delivery of complete payment with auctioneer. ***REMOVAL: All items must be paid for in full before they may be removed from auction location. All items MUST be removed from auction location during announced removal period. Items paid for and not removed from auction premises after 10 business days may be considered abandoned by the auctioneer. ***SHIPPING: All shipping needs and associated costs are the responsibility of the bidder. No sale will be voided or adjusted to account for unforeseen packing and shipping costs or complications. OPTION 1: At bidder's request, auctioneer will transport items, at no charge, to PakMail at 7525 Maplecrest Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46835 (260)486-0204 or to The UPS Store at 921 E Dupont Rd, Ft. Wayne, IN 46825 (260)490-2800. Buyer's may select from these two shippers and must complete the shipping process independent of the auctioneer. Please research packing and shipping costs with the shipper before you bid! You may contact them at the numbers given above. OPTION 2: At bidder's request, auctioneer will pack and ship items to bidder only if items can be shipped in USPS Priority Flat Rate Mailing Box or Envelope. (The largest USPS Flat Rate Box measures 12"x12"x8".) In this event, bidder agrees that (a) all such packaging, handling and shipping is at sole risk of the purchaser and that auctioneer shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items, and (b) purchaser shall pay all charges in advance of item being shipped. The bidder will pay all postage or freight costs, plus an appropriate handling fee to account for time & materials. This handling fee will be $5 per winning bidder for first item and $3 thereafter per item with a cap of $50. The buyer is solely responsible for securing of labor for loading and packing of items purchased. AAA Auction Service, Inc., does not employ laborers for loading and packing purposes. Any outside contractor selected by the buyer for pickup of purchased items will be responsible for any packing, packaging and boxing or crating necessary. ***CONDITION OF ITEMS: Neither the auctioneer nor the seller shall be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any article. The auctioneer will make a good-faith effort to correctly describe all articles and their condition; however, neither the auctioneer nor the seller make any guarantee or warranty regarding the accuracy of article descriptions. *NO SALE WILL BE VOIDED OR ADJUSTED TO ACCOUNT FOR INCORRECT DESCRIPTION, CATALOG ERROR, OR IMPERFECTION NOT NOTED. After articles are removed from auction location or the announced removal period has ended, the auctioneer and the seller will have no obligation to the winning bidder and no responsibility for articles sold. ***ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Any and all bids made by any and all bidders are legally binding contracts to purchase articles for the price offered according to the terms and conditions listed herein.
