SUMMARY TERMS OF SALE: A $50,000 deposit in the form of a cashier’s or certified check required of all registered bidders at the time of sale. Successful bidder shall be obligated to increase the deposit to 10% of the purchase price within one business day of the sale date. The property will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is condition without any warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, as to the nature, condition or description of the improvements. Buyer will pay interest on the unpaid portion of the purchase price from date of sale to date of settlement at a rate of 10% per annum.
