Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made by the consignor. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 3. The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. If he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes". 5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to except bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. Items not picked up by 5 PM MST MONDAY JUNE 7TH ,will be forfeited. Some exceptions can be made for large items that need time to be moved. 11. Shipping charges are determined after final settlement. Read each description in order to see if shipping is available on the item you are bidding on. We use flat rate boxes and or the best rate we can get with tracking number and insurance when needed. IN HER DAYS SHE AMASSED AN AMAZING COLLECTION OF PIECES OF WESTERN HISTORY AND PRESERVED THEM AND ENJOYED THEM LONG ENOUGH TO PASS MANY OF THEM ON TO ANOTHER GENERATION TO PONDER OVER AND ENJOY.
