* This is an online Auction for the Reeves Family. Mr and Mrs Reeves have sold one of their properties in Downtown Tyler, Tx. In doing so the building and warehouse needs to be liquidated of the business and personal related items that are stored in the huge building. Items Include: 2 Four Wheelers, Furniture, Pallet Racks, Shelving, Nuts and Bolts by the Pallet, Nut and Bolt Racks, Motors, Engines, Automobile Lift, Tools, Machinery, Iron, Steel, Cranes, Electric Hoists, New LIghting Fixtures, Equipment, Antiques, Scrap Metal, Stainless, Aluminum, and much more will all be liquidated quickly for the new owners of the building to take posession.
* Auction Method: Online
* Bidding Period: Now thru ______________May 23____ (Soft Close) Starts closing at 7pm CST
* Pickup: day after auction close ___which is May 24______10-4Pm. ___
* Preview: Online & ____________________May 12_____By Appointment Only
* Terms: Cash, Wire Transfer, Most Credit Card and Debit Cards. If over $500 Cash, Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer only accepted
* Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.
* Invoices will go out to winning bidders within 1 hour of auction close
* Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 4pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file.
* Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason.
* Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. We have a forklift on site but we will only take lots down from pallet racks, and "tailgate only" at the building door. We are happy to set pallet items out side for your loading. We will not load any yard/outdoor items. We are not responsible to any items damaged by our forklift including customer vehicles or trailers.
* Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us.
Special Note: Lots 800-899 are Upstairs Lots 1000-1034 are outside and make require equipment to load, forklift etc, Sorry but we will not be carying anything downstairs or loading anything. Our forklift will not be used outside. Outside lots may be picked up later if need be as they are easily accessable outside, but of course must be paid for on the 24th.
* Errors & Omissions: Any claim regarding description errors must be made within 24 hours of auction close to be considered valid, otherwise bidder may not seek recovery of any kind.
* Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash
* Shipping: This is a NO SHIPPING AUCTION
* Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non-farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close. No exemptions accepted on pickup day.
* Unclaimed Items: Any bid items won, not picked by the 4pm pickup time, may, at Auctioneers option be transported to our auction center in KIlgore at a loading and transfer cost to be added to invoice, Additional storage fees will also apply. All items picked up or not will be invoiced.
* Storage: We charge a minimum of $5 per lot per day storage after pickup day. $10 per day per Pallet. Any items not picked up timely may be moved at the buyer expense or left behind.
