All bidders must be responsible to provide proper forms of payment for items purchased. Failure to do so will result in buyer to be responsible to pay all attorney fees and costs incurred by Zomer Auctions to collect funds owed. The purchaser also agrees that a 1.5% per month will be added to any unpaid balance due to the Auction Company as well as any other costs or loss incurred due to the purchasers failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be settled by arbitration in Sioux County, IA.

The final bidding will close and remain closed.

A bidder can place a max bid on one or more lots. The current bid price does not automatically go to the max bid. When another bidder increases the current bid then the computer will automatically increase the bid in the increment specified reaching your max bid only by ongoing bidding activity.

The auction company reserves the right to reject any/all bids for any reason. The auction company shall also be the final judge in any bidding disputes and has the final authority to name a bidder as a final purchaser. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any missed bids.

When paying within the stated time our acceptable payment methods are cash, bank wire or credit card. If a credit card is used, your account will be charged a 3% convenience fee.

No items will be released until paid in full. All sales are final.
All titles etc will be mailed no sooner than 14 business days once final payment has been received.

Buyer agrees that this auction will have a 5% buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.
