(765)744-4526 2) PREVIEW: Monday, May 17, 4:00 - 7:00 pm. 3) Shipping of small (<12") items is available. There is a $5/item charge for handling/packaging + shipping. Please let us know in advance if you intend to buy something that needs shipped. Thank you! 4) Arrangements made for later pickup ($5/item) need to be made prior to the auction closing. 5) WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS! PLEASE CONTACT (765-744-4526) WITH ANY QUESTIONS. 6) Bidding Increments: Shirey Farms Auction Services reserves the right to determine bid increments. 7) Auction End Time: Our auctions have an auto-extend or soft close which may allow certain items to go beyond the specified end time. These extensions are based on bid activity at the time of close. Items close in numerical order. 8) Outbid Notification: Bidders will be notified via email when they have been outbid. Please note that email notifications may be delayed due to internet connections/speed and the bidder is responsible for tracking their bids. Bidders are responsible for packing, loading and transporting their items without assistance from the auction company. 18) Security: Surveillance and security are on site; please do not enter the property except at the specified preview date and time of pickup. 19) Limitation of Liability: If, for any reason, the auction company is unable to deliver a purchase, the sole liability of the auction company shall be to return any paid monies in respect to that purchase. 20) By bidding on any item, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
