This is a unit Auction for Stor-It Mini Warehouses on Defaulted Units. Cash or Credit Cards from highest Bidder with a $50 CASH refundable clean-out deposit per unit purchased.
You will have 2 days to empty units. Bring your own Lock to place on units if you are the top bidder. We DO NOT HAVE DUMPSTERS AVAILABLE so plan accordingly!
Due to Covid-19 this auction will be SEALED BIDS ONLY,
must be in no later than 1pm on May 21st (SEE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BELOW)

THIS AUCTION CONSISTS OF STORAGE UNITS THAT ARE IN DEFAULT FOR NON-PAYMENT AND ARE BEING OFFERED FOR SALE BY STOR-IT MINI WAREHOUSES IN KOKOMO INDIANA.
Due to Covid-19, Stor-It has allow renters extra time to redeem their units, unfortunately some have not taken advantage of this opportunity and now they must be sold! We will not be holding a LIVE auction due to Covid-19, but will be taking sealed bids for these storage units. WE DO NOT CHARGE A BUYERS PREMIUM!
Appointments to view units can be scheduled Monday May 17 through Friday May 21st between 1pm & 2pm ONLY, Call 765-452-1941 during this week for any questions!
We will post pictures from the front doorways only!
We will take bids by email (storitandmore@gmail.com) if you cannot come to the office, call for more details!
ALL BIDS WILL BE OPENED FRIDAY MAY 21st @ 3PM, HIGHEST BIDDERS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY PHONE NO LATER THAN 5PM, DEPOSITS WILL BE DUE AT THAT TIME!
Highest bidders will be required to pay a $50 Refundable CASH deposit for each unit they purchase! If you are the top bidder you will be given 48 hours to completely clean-out & sweep units, once this is done we will return your deposit.
WE DO NOT HAVE DUMPSTERS AVAILABLE FOR CLEAN-OUTS, so plan accordingly!
If you find personal pictures/birth/death certificates or urns in units, we ask that you box those items with unit #'s and we will attempt to get them back to the original renters!
If firearms are found in units we ask that you notify the office immediately and we will have them cleared by the Kokomo Police Department and they will be returned to you! We don't want anyone to take a weapon home that was involved in a crime!

Stor-It reserves the right to remove any unit(s) that are redeemed by tenant up to the day bids are opened, IF you have placed bids on a redeemed unit, you will be notified immediately by phone or email.
