Balance due in certified funds on or before June 11, 2021. Title insurance and escrow closing costs will be split equally between seller and buyer. All information deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Schweitzer Auction Service, Scott Jelinek Auctioneer/Realtor-Nebraska Realty Broker is representing the sellers only as their agent. Farms sells subject to seller confirmation. Landlord Possession will be given at closing. Tenant has farming rights for 2021. Full possession will be given March 1, 2022. Buyer gets all sellers (Landlords) share of income and will be responsible for 2021 Real Estate taxes and any other post-sale farm related expenses, if any. Buyer must have all financing in order.
