Shipping cost will start at $10 for any item that is more than 12 inches or does not fit in a standard priority mail box. Shipping cost will increase by item(s) size and weight. If a bidder/buyer that requested shipping decides to forfeit the item(s) after the auction closes or decides to no longer want shipping, the bidder/buyer is still responsible for handling charges. Handling charges are a minimum of $5 per package. Handling cost increases based on time and materials required to package item(s). CHECKOUT: ONLY MONDAY, MAY 10TH FROM 10:00 am to 5:00 pm CDT at 309 N ORANGE STREET, HAVANA, IL (NOT Gathman Auction Company's Auction House). All items must be paid for and picked up by MAY 10TH at 5:00 pm. THIS IS THE ONLY PICKUP DAY. We are happy to ship items at the buyer's expense. SHIPPING arrangements need to be made by MAY 10TH at 5:00 pm. If you purchased large items, please make sure you bring someone to help you load. Please also assure you are complying with all IL regulations regarding COVID-19 including wearing a facial mask that covers your nose and mouth. SHIPPING: We need to know if you will be requiring shipping as soon as possible. Shipping will begin on Tuesday, May 11th. We do not charge card on file with HiBid. We will be calling you on Tuesday with your shipping and handling total then arrange payment via Sqaure. All items are shipped USPS, other than ammunition which is shipped UPS. We do not accept prepaid labels.
