Licensed as an Auctioneer since 1998 and a Realtor since 2003, Brian has conducted 100's hundreds of live and online auctions. Our Auctions are always fresh Estate & Downsizing merchandise from individuals and businesses, never wholesale or loaded in any format. We also buy estates and downsizing leftovers. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you read or understand said terms. Items graded by 3rd party grading companies, like PCGS, are listed as described by the grader. All items are sold as-is and all sales are final. We recommend that you contact us to ask questions or to schedule a live preview to look at the lots of interest to you. Coins and numismatic lots will be sold as-is with no returns. It is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer to establish the authenticity, grade, details, flaws, provenance and authenticity of all lots by personal preview. Because of the level of fraud we have encountered in this industry, it is very important that buyers understand this responsibility prior to bidding. All sales are final. YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY Effective and enforceable immediately when you become the high, winning bidder, you have agreed contractually to your puchase per the laws of the State of Indiana. Descriptions, marks, identification, and photographs of the items will not be considered a warranty or guarantee of authenticity or value. We will make every effort to accurately describe these items. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and competent to conduct a financial transaction. All Auctions are considered reserve Auctions unless otherwise posted. The Auction company and its employees reserves the right to bid on any item for any reason, including absentee bids placed by non-internet bidders. The bidder/buyer agrees to pay all costs associated with any collection process for the funds due the Estate & Downsizing Specialists LLC. This may include legal, court, time and ANY associated costs. The purchaser agrees that a fee of 10% per month will be added to the balance of any unpaid amount due to Estate & Downsizing Specialists LLC. This will include ANY & ALL costs associated with collection including damages. Remember before you bid, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NEW LOTS MAY BE ADDED New lots may be added to any of our auctions up to the Friday before the Monday close of the sale. No lots will be added in the last 3 days. BIDDING Auction lots will have a staggering ending time starting at 6pm or 7pm EST, depending on the season, with the majority of auctions closing on Mondays and Wednesdays. All of our auctions have soft close times. First lot closes Soft Close on this auction at 6pm or 7pm EST. Stagger time will be 20 seconds to 1 minute depending on the total lot count. Big early and often on the lots you are interested in. Any bids placed in the last two minutes of time remaining will extend the total time. If two bidders place high bids that are the same amount, the FIRST recorded bid becomes the winner. Always make sure you have the high bid before assuming you have purchased an item. EDS assumes no responsibility or liability in the bidding activities during the close of the auction. Once an item is closed, EDS cannot change the winning bidder status under any circumstances. 15% BUYER'S PREMIUM 15% Buyers Premium Applies to this auction. Example: If you bid $100 on an item, the final price will be $115. The 15% BP will be applied to the final bid plus any applicable taxes. SALES TAX 7% Indiana Sales Tax will be charged for all buyers with Indiana residence. If you are Tax Exempt we must have your Exemption Certificate on file before the close of the auction. This is Day 2 of a 3 day Online Only Auction Event from the Estates of Harriet Curry and the Sullivan Family of Bloomington, Indiana, the Sadlier Family, formerly of Indianapolis, Indiana, with select additions. Many items in this auction can be shipped. If In-House shipping is not available, that means shipping or freight has to be arranged by the buyer. Non-shippable items will be marked clearly in each item's description. All non-marked items CAN BE SHIPPED. So many things rarely if ever seen in our locale. This is a fantastic event. Mrs. Curry was a noted collector and dealer in antiques in Bloomington specializing in the finest of Continental porcelains and ceramics. Robert & Eugenie Sullivan owned the Sullivan Clothing store in Bloomington furnishing their historic farm house with early American furniture and antiques. The Sadlier Family of Indianapolis opened the first smithy on what is now Monument Circle with later generations furnishing their home with fine and rare European antiques. Tuesday May 18th Online Only Auction from the Harriet Curry and Sullivan Family estates of Bloomington and Sadlier Collection, Indianapolis, Indiana with select additions. This auction includes many unique and very rare pieces such as a Viennese enamel miniature piano music box, two beautiful lacquered Chinese Guqins, Regency era tea boxes and traveling dresser sets, Lithophanes, Victorian Memorial wreath shadow boxes, some very special early Chinese and Japanese porcelains and a fine carved jade bowl, snuff boxes, a fantastic collection of perfumes and barber bottles. Of special note is the 18th Century Meissen Porcelain Chandelier from an apartment in the Palace of Versaille, France from the Sadlier Collection, Indianapolis, IN. There are fine and antique linens from the Harriet Curry collection, a very nice collection of early American furniture such as a beautiful two piece Plantation Desk and an early Corner Cabinet, with Primitives collected in Maine. A nice selection of very good newer furnishings from a local family including a King Size Leather and Wood Sleigh bed, Habersham 3 piece display and storage cabinet, leather sofa, and rugs. A nice collection of original framed art, clocks, early brass, antique fishing & nautical, antique engineering & survey tools, icons, oriental rugs, a fantastic pair of bronze shore birds from a fountain assemblage over 6' tall.
