Robert Brewer Estate. 3 barns full of tools, shop equipment and supplies, household items, Corn Pro flatbed gooseneck trailer, antique JD 2 row planter, antique Cub Cadet Original, JD 503 rotary mower, Bush Hog finish mower, lots of antique tractor parts, plus much mower. Large auction. Will run two rings part of the day. Mr. Brewer collected and restored antique tractors, mostly early Co-ops and John Deere. Tractors already sold but lots of parts including some engines. Come and bring a friend. Concessions will be available. 10% buyer premium. Loader tractor will be available for loadout. -Corn Pro trailer 25 ft gooseneck with 5 ft dovetail. 1994 model. 18000lb rating. Tandem axles with dual wheels. Will need at least 4 tires before roadworthy. Otherwise good condition. Just sat with flat tires on one side. Was under roof. Have title.
-JD 503 3pt rotary mower
-Bush Hog 5ft 3pt finish mower very nice
-JD 290 (?) 2 row pull type planter project
-JD grader blade
-Choremaster tractor
-Antique belly mount sickle bar mower. Can't find a name.
-Tracks for a JD(?) crawler
-Original Cub Cadet with creeper gear. Non-running but looks complete. Engine turns.
-Fenders for Original Cub Cadet. Will sell separate from tractor.
-Vintage 3pt disk Sears. 7-8ft wide.
-Later model Craftsman 23hp lawn tractor. Not running. Probably dirty carburetor from sitting.
-Weight brackets and one slab for 4020 or similar series JD tractor
-Lots of antique tractor parts. He collected early Co-ops, John Deere, and some AC. We don't know what all this stuff is. Engines, engine parts, grilles, seats, a 3pt hitch, rims, lights, plus much more. Come take a look.

You get the picture. Mr. Brewer had six of everything it seems. Most well kept and inside. Several items have never been used. He had 3 buildings and we will be selling a large portion of items inside those buildings. We will run 2 rings at least part of the time. Bring a friend. Trailer, mowers, Cub Cadet, and other larger items to sell around noon. Loader tractor will be available to assist loading. This is a large auction. Starting at 9:00 AM. Payment terms will be cash, IN Check, and cards. 10% buyer premium. No sales tax. Concessions will be available. Someone should be on site most of Friday the 25th for preview.
