Once an item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the owner of the item immediately at the close of the bid. Auctioneer will not give refunds.
A credit card is required for placing an internet bid. There is a 15% buyer's commission for all internet bidding. Payment is due immediately. Payment methods include cash, money order, cashier's check or check with bank letter of credit or approved by auctioneer, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover or wire transfer. Payment must be received within 1 day after the sale.

Absentee Bids: Please remember this is a live auction. Just because you have left an absentee bid for a certain amount does not mean you will ultimately win the item if it is sold at that amount. The highest qualified Bidder recognized by the Auctioneer shall be the buyer. Auctioneer's decision and declaration of the winning Bidder shall be final and binding upon all Bidders.
