Payments for online auctions are Discover, Visa and MC. 7% buyer's premium will charged on all online bidders purchases with an additional 2% charge from online providers. Wire transfers are accepted; however wire transfers have to have Advanced Auction approval. There will be an extra $30.00 fee for wire transfers. If for any reason payment is unable to be processed with this card your account could be suspended. To reinstate your account, full payment for your outstanding invoice, a $25.00 service charge and any other applicable charges and fees must be paid. 1. You must be registered in order to bid. 2. All items are sold "AS-IS- WHERE-IS" with no guarantees of any kind. (All sales are final and no returns are allowed for any reasons) 3. All Invoices must be paid in full, before any merchandise is removed from property. 4. Advanced Auction will not be held responsible for any inconsistencies in description announced or printed, therefore buyers are responsible for inspecting all items and deciding for themselves if the item they have seen is what they want to buy. 5. According to Federal Uniform commercial code (UCC2-238) At the closing of each auction item there is a legal binding contract for the purchase of the item and the buyer shall be responsible for safe guarding their purchased items from the public such as during pick-up time. Advanced Auction recommends being on site as quickly as possible. 6. Buyers are responsible for the moving, packing, boxing and loading of all items purchased. This means providing your own truck, packing material, boxes, bags, and labor/help to load your own vehicle. Advanced Auction cannot provide or insure assistance for loading of your items. 7. Advanced Auction staff reserve the right to bid on and purchase merchandise. 8. All items must be picked up at the specific times stated above per the terms and conditions. Unless you have made specific arrangements with Advanced Auction prior to conclusion of auction, there will be a $20.00 per day, per lot charge on any items not picked up in the allotted time. After 7 calendar days, your forfeited items become the property of Advanced Auction Service and may be sold again at a future auction or discarded based on Advanced Auction discretion. 9. There is a 7% buyer's premium to the hammer price to all lots online and additional 2% charged by the internet provider. 10. Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and resale any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final. The Auction Company also reserves the right to decline someone from bidding on an auction at the Auctioneers discretion.

The date of the auction is:  Saturday June 12th, 2021, which will be LIVE ONSITE and LIVE ONLINE.  Auction starts at 9:00 am.  Auction inspection: will be held on Friday June 11th, 2021 starting 9:00 a.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. Buyers will be given 3 business days to remove inventory.   Loading will be provided if needed.

Location:  Hillcrest Road, Freeport,  IL  watch for Auction Signs.

The terms of the auction shall be Cash or Check, Wire Transfers from Online Bidders and Onsite Bidders.  All items will be sold “As is Where is”.
