TERMS & CONDITIONS For Montessori Academy Online/Silent Auction • Bidding opens Monday April 19th at 8AM EDT and closes Saturday April 24th at 9PM EDT. • Bidders must register on the website with valid address, phone number, email information and a credit card. • The credit card you enter will NOT BE CHARGED. Successful bidders will be invoiced by email within 2 to 3 business days of the end of the auction. • Everything is sold "as is". • The Auctioneer and Auction Committee will be the sole determinant as to the winning bidder. The Auctioneer/Committee has the right to reject any bid. • The Auctioneer and Auction Committee is not responsible for any unexecuted or unintended Bids. • All items must be paid for by Friday April 30th at 4PM EDT unless other arrangements are made with Montessori Academy. • Payment may be made with MasterCard/Visa/Discover. Personal checks will be accepted in person at the Montessori Academy office. Please do not send money to school with students. • Items sold are for pick-up only at Montessori Academy. Please call first to make arrangements. • Unless prior arrangements have been made with Montessori Academy, any merchandise not removed within two weeks of the end of the auction will be considered abandoned and the bidder will be disallowed to bid in further auctions. • By participating in the auction, bidders agree to all terms and conditions of auction.
