All purchases must be paid for and removed from auction location within 48hrs of auction end. 4. Any shipping and/or removal of items is at the sole responsibility & expense of purchaser...any requests for extended storage of purchases must be made in writing with Auction Co. PRIOR to bidding. 5. ALL FIREARMS WILL REQUIRE A TRANSFER BY A LICENSED FFL TO ANY PURCHASER, Please confirm that any firearm you purchase is LEGAL to own in your jurisdiction..NO FIREARMS will be shipped or transferred until all necessary paperwork has been submitted to Auction CO 6.
