Online Auction Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH VAN EPEREN AUCTIONS LLC. There will be a 10% BUYER PREMIUM AND SALES TAX ADDED TO THE FINAL BID PRICE. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable all purchases will be charged sales tax if applicable, unless tax exempt form is provided to Van Eperen Auctions LLC prior to bidding. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold “as is, where is”. The bidder is responsible for examining all items. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All items must be paid for prior to removing them from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no help available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your items in auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pick up times. Any items not picked up will be charged a MINIMUM of $20.00 to transport back to Van Eperen Auctions LLC storage facility. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become property of Van Eperen Auctions LLC. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise “MUST” be paid for BEFORE THE ITEMS ARE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pick up will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on Van Eperen Auctions LLC auctions and will be charged 25% of bid price or $500.00 whichever is greater and the merchandise will be forfeited back to Van Eperen Auctions LLC. All purchases will be automatically charged to charge card on file. ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT MUST be arranged prior to bidding by contacting Les at 920-366-7856. We reserve the right to hold merchandise until checks are approved by your bank. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in increments specified as other bidders place bids or, in the event of a lot with reserve; it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time listed, at the rate of 3 lots per minute, beginning with lots 1-3. This auction has what is called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 2 minutes of the items closing, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. Van Eperen Auctions LLC is providing internet as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any claim against Van Eperen Auctions LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Van Eperen Auctions LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from the source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
