HOW IT WORKS
Online bidding only: The items close at 3 items per minute (one every 20 seconds). Not all items will end at the same time. There will be "extended bidding" which means items that have bids placed within 4 minutes of its closing time will have an additional 4 minutes of bidding until there is 4minutes of inactivity at which point the bidding will be closed.

All items must be picked up by April 31th at 5:30 to avoid late fees or possibly forfeit of items. Items not picked up by the deadline will be subject to a $2 late/storage fee per day.
15% Buyers Premium on card & currency pay purchases, 5% discount on cash and check purchases - and Sales Tax will be applied to all items.
Buyer is solely responsible for the disassembly, loading, and transport of all items. For liability reasons, Becker Auction staff cannot assist. Please bring assistance or tools if needed. Becker Auction does have 2 wheel carts on hand you are welcome to use. If you have special needs please let us know. We will do our best to assist with smaller items. Any large items you will have to bring help.
All Items through Becker Auction are local pick up only, we are happy to ship smaller items. Shipping & handling fees will apply. All Items are being sold "as is" with no warranty or returns. Descriptions and pictures are provided as a convenience and not any guarantee of condition.
