It is the Buyer's responsibility to conduct any inspections prior to the auction. Previews are available for every auction. -BUYER'S PREMIUM 16% -SALES TAX Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale/Tax exemption form is on file with us PRIOR to the closing date of the auction. No sales tax will be refunded. -PAYMENT Upon sucessful registration and clicking the "Agree to Terms" box , the buyer agrees and grants permission to Hypnotique Auctions to bill the buyers credit card used for the registration for all items the buyer purchases in the auction. The buyer also understands by agreeing to these terms that they will be billed for these purchases regardless of whether the buyer fails to take ownership of the items at one of the scheduled pickup days. If your credit card is declined, an additional $25 transaction fee will be charged.
