ITEM PREVIEW: Bidders will be able to inspect and view items at 1602 Stolpe Road, Hermann, MO 65041 on Wednesday, April 14th from 3-7 PM.
STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 15th, 2021. The first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 20 seconds there after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes when ever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.
LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pick their items up Saturday, April 17th from 9 AM - 5 PM or Monday, April 19th from 9 AM - 5 PM. Pick up location will be 1602 Stolpe Road, Hermann, MO 65041. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD IF YOU BUY LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS! Auction company will have a forklift on site to assist loading heavy items. PLEASE NOTE, there will not be any alternate load out days other than the two scheduled days due to the remote location and the far distance from town. Please make sure you can pick your items up on one of the two scheduled days.
Please Note: The normal route to this location (Hwy 100 to Hwy J) is closed due to bridge construction on Hwy J. This auction site must be accessed by taking Hwy 19 south from Hermann to Hwy F at Swiss. Go right on Hwy F to Hwy J. Go left on Hwy J to Stolpe Road. Go right on Stolpe Rd. to auction site. Signs will be posted.
SHIPPING: Schneider Auctioneers LLC will ship smaller items AT BUYER'S EXPENSE via UPS. We WILL NOT SHIP large/heavy furniture, equipment, appliances, glassware or tools. If you have questions about whether we will ship an item please contact us BEFORE YOU BID! Shipping will be charged to buyer at actual cost.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include:
-New bidders (bidders that have not purchased from us before) that spend over $2,000 must pay by bank wire transfer or cash. We will email you our bank wire transfer information the morning after the auction.
-Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3% convenience fee). We do not accept credit or debit cards on transactions over $2,000.
-Check with proper ID.

-Payment must be made when items are picked up or prior to shipping if applicable.
No sales tax will be charged for this auction.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
The Auction Company reserves the right to privately disclose to other bidders who the competing or winning bidder is on a specific lot or lots if they request that information, but only after the auction has ended.
In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items on the advertised pickup dates or make arrangements for payment and shipping by the end of the last pick up day the Auction Company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform.
Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Schneider Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR SCHNEIDER AUCTIONEERS, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
