Terms on Real Estate: Pre-Bidding via Proxibid: 1.) A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid to obtain the Total Purchase price. 2.) Upon “saying sold” by the Auctioneer on 5/19/2021, 10% of the Total Purchase price (bid plus the 10% Buyer’s Premium) is due from the Purchaser of which the first $10,000.00 will be immediately charged to a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX) and the balance of said 10% will be paid no later than 3PM, Friday, May 21st, 2021 in Certified or Personal Funds to Brzostek’s Real Estate Auction Co., Inc. 3.) An Additional 10% of the Total Purchase price is due no later than 3PM Monday, May 24th, 2021 with Certified or Personal Funds. These payments shall be mailed to the Address listed below. 4.)
