SATURDAY, APRIL 3RD AT 10:00AM TERMS: Properties will be sold so much per total acre and the highest bidder can take 1, 2, 3, or all 4 tracts. Should the highest bidder not take all 4 tracts, the remaining tracts will be offered the same way. BUYERS please be prepared to bid as the top bidder has the right to take all tracts, you will not get a second chance. Down payments of $200,000 for tract #1, $100,000 for tracts #2 & 3 and $50,000 for tract #4 will be due immediately after the auction with the balance being due on or before May 4th, 2021. This will be a live auction with internet bidding. Selling subject to executor's approval. INTERNET BIDDING: If you are unable to attend live or choose to bid online, you must register online before April 1st at 4pm and send us a letter of credit to be approved.
