Auction Terms & Conditions Our payment terms have been updated as of 3/1/2021. Please read all of the information listed below. By registering and accepting a bidder number for this auction you agree to enter into a legal contract to abide by and to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction. There is 18% buyer's premium added to all bidder purchases No discounts. If your invoice total is under $1000 your credit card will be automatically charged. Online catalog purchases over $1000 will be automatically billed if you have prior positive payment history with J. Pandur Auction Services, LLC. First tme registrants and those with a payment history of less than 2 post sale payments must pay by check, money order or bank certified funds if your invoice total is more than $1,000. Payment is due as soon as possible. No net terms. No discounts. 6% Pennsylvania sales tax will be collected for all in state purchases sold and picked up unless a valid Tax Exemption certificate is provided. International buyers - please contact us before bidding. Your payments must be in US funds only. Items are located in Perkasie, PA 18944. You must bring help for furniture and larger pieces. We will not have staff available for moving heavy items. Winning bidders will be notified of the pick up address after completion of the sale and cleared payment has been received. You must schedule a time for pick up using the Appointy link provided after the sale. The scheduling link will also be available on the webiste post sale. Other arrangements can be made but availability is limited. Available pick up days and times will be listed in calendar format in the Appointy app. If you have problems with the app or are unable to make the scheduled pick up days, please contact us at 215-208-6481 or email us at info@jpanduraution.com to make arrangements. Items not picked up within 14 days of scheduled pick up dates will incur additional charges. Items will be considered abandoned after 30 days. We do not have a shipping department. Local pick up is strongly encouraged. A large number of items in this sale are heavy or oversized. Winning bidder's Items must be paid in full and payment must clear before removal from auction premises. If you need your items shipped we use The Parcel Place in Doylestown, PA. It is a third party shipper. If you need freight shipping the buyer is responsible for contracting a freight company and paying all charges All items must be paid in full before being released for shipment. Once the item is in the shipper's possession you must contact them for all related matters. J. Pandur Auction Services LLC is not responsible for items after they are out of our possession. Any insurance claims must be made with the third party shipper. J Pandur Auction Services, LLC does not determine or control shipping costs or receive any compensation from the shipper. All items are sold 'as is' and 'where is' with no guarantees of any kind. Buyer's are to rely upon their own inspection, judgement and research to determine value and condition. Any description provided is done so as a service to interested buyers and does not imply any warranty. Further condition reports can be requested for any item in the sale. While every effort is made to determine provenance, authenticity and condition, it is the responsibility of the bidder to arrive at their own conclusion prior to bidding. The Auctioneer has the right to reject any bid, to advance the bidding at his absolute discretion and in the event of any dispute between bidders, to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute.
