In the event you would like the title written in someone else's name, they must present their valid drivers license day of Auction with a $25 fee. 5. Once the title work has been processed there is a $100.00 fee to have it changed. Please provide the auction house with the correct buyers name, address and info, to avoid this fee! 6. GUARANTEES: "Yellow Light" vehicles have additional announcements, please listen to Auctioneer. "Red Light" vehicles are sold "AS-IS" and are sold with NO GUARANTEE. 9. Vehicles not removed from the auction premises by 5 pm on TUESDAY will result in an additional fee of $ 20.00 per day unless other arrangements are made with auction office. 10. Powell Auction will not be responsible for any vehicles left on the premises. 11. I understand that this agreement and all rights of the parties there-under, shall be governed by the laws of the County of Knox, State of Tennessee and any action brought by either party shall be brought in the Courts of the State of Tennessee. In the event, that for any reason, the forum is deemed to be sufficiently inconvenient or the agreement on the forum selection is unenforceable it is still the intention of the parties that the Laws of the State of Tennessee govern the parties agreement and their rights attended thereto. 12. Vehicles purchased from Powell Auction are eligible for a 30 day temp tag to all non dealers. 13. The descriptions listed and pictures displayed in the online catalog for each vehicle are a guide and a tool for the buyer/bidder and ARE NOT 100% ACCURATE.
