Any changes in details of the auction made prior to day of sale take precedence over any previous term. Bidder bears full responsibility for inspecting items prior to bidding. Descriptions, photos and statements made or offered by sellers or auction staff is deemed correct but is not guaranteed. By bidding on the item you hsve agreed to accept that item in its present condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bids may not be retracted for any reason. Upon registering all bidders are required to give full name, address, phone number and email address. A valid credit card is required to register. Your credit card will be verified, a $1 verification ping will be done to make sure the card is active. The pending $1 charge will fall off in a few days. Bidder and guests shall be deemed to be there at their own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises, and the conduct of the third third parties and the Bidder shall advise his agents and employees Bidder and guests agree to indemnity Caplans Auction of any and all liability regardless of negligence. Once the auction is complete and the Bidder has won the bid, the Bidder is responsible for merchandise and for full and complete payment. Non-payment or fradualent bidding will be subject to legal recourse. Should the Bidder not pay for merchandise, the Bidder shall be responsible for any remaining balance, any collection costs, attorney fees, employee costs and maximum allowable interest and service charges.

This is BOTH AN ONLINE AND LIVE AUCTION. Meaning this car will be open for online bidding from March 19th-28th at 3:00pm. Once an online winner is announced that winner will be given the opportunity to bid live in our Historic Savage Mill Gallery either over the phone, facetime or live in person. Live bidding will take place at 4:30pm on March 28th. You may preview the car at 12:00pm on Sunday March 28th. There is an 18% Buyer's Premium added to bids.
