ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling a variety of assets within a complete surgical center and podiatry office suites. Please click the "All Photos" tab for a sample of the items to be sold. ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding will be available on April 29th. INSPECTION: Monday, May 6th from 8 AM – 10 AM You are STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Prospective bidders will be able to inspect the assets on Monday, May 6th from 8 AM – 10 AM. Major credit cards will include a 3% convenience fee and bank wires will incur a $25 fee added at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at 2220 Wisteria Drive, Suite 100 on Wednesday, May 7th from 5 PM - 8 PM. Payment must be received no later than 8 PM on May 7th. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS REMOVAL: Wednesday, May 7th from 5 PM – 8 PM or Saturday, May 10th from 8 AM - 1 PM. Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Payments may be made in person on Wednesday, May 7th from 5 PM - 8 PM or via credit card anytime prior to 8 PM on May 7th. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal, will incur additional expense. LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal and/or our client.
