The online auction will be held at www.allpropertyauctions.net April 17-May 2, 2019. Closing will occur on or before May 30, 2019 . The sellers are reserving the right to accept, reject or counter any or all offers. If an offer is accepted, the buyer will deposit 10% earnest money in certified funds or wire transfer with American Title within one business day of acceptance and execute an offer to purchase that will be provided by Larry Forsberg at Cornerstone Real Estate. Buyers must provide a guarantee of funds or account statements with account numbers blacked out to larryd2148@gmail.com to receive bid authorization. A buyer's bid is a binding contract to purchase if it is the winning accepted bid. The guarantee of funds availability cannot be contingent on appraisal, inspections or any other bank requirements. An example would be if you were participating in an Online Auction that closed at 7:00 PM and you placed your bid at 6:55 p.m. That lot would be extended until 7:05 p.m. and would keep extending FIVE minutes after each new bid is placed. It will stop extending when no bid has been placed during the extended time period. This auction also features MAXIMUM BIDDING. When you place your MAX BID, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. If someone has already entered a MAX BID on an item you are bidding on, the system will automatically bid for you until you are the current high Bidder or you reach your MAX BID. If you have reached your MAX BID and are still not the current high Bidder, the system will give you the opportunity to enter another MAX BID.
