A minimum $500 non-refundable deposit is required on all purchases above $2000 with full Payment being made within one business day after close of sale. Items are to picked up no later than May 29th by appointment only. 7.PLEASE NOTE: Items are not all in one location. Buyer is responsible for pickup & removal of Items at the current location of those items. Failure to do so will result in buyer paying any costs involved in moving those Items. Buyer shall pay no more than $500 per lot of large equipment to be moved. Smaller lots can be moved to our Galax VA Loacation for pickup there at a charge of $25 for the first lot & $5 per lot after that. 8. DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE ON SOME ITEMS.
