Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There may be items we can ship for you but you must contact us before the auction ends to verify items can be shipped. There is absolutely no shipping options for firearms at this time. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction and 6% MI sales tax unless you show proper documentation that you have a valid MI sales tax license for resale. Firearms Sales Terms: All firearm buyers are subject to ATF NICS background check. All ATF documentation is required and will be adheared to and followed as required. Background checks must be run on the bidder who is registered with the auction. Valid State ID or Driver's License required for purchase. There is no exception for those with CPLs. Firearms and transfer fee must be paid for before check will be run. Failure to pass background check does not constitute a valid reason for refund. Please do not bid if you know you cannot own a firearm or if you know you will fail background check. There is a $15 transfer fee on top of the winning bid for all longgun firearm sales and a $25 transfer fee for all handgun sales. Buyer responsible for providing thier own cases for firearms. Trigger locks provided with all handguns where possible. Please contact us before bidding for our firearm shipping policies.

This Auction is the assets from an estate in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI. We are pleased anf honored to have been chosen by the familiy to liquidate by public online auction all of the unwanted asstes from this estate. All of the items from this estate have been well cared for and maitained and of good quality. You will find high end furniture, Harley Davidson accessories, collectibles, clothing and more, Franklin Mint collectibles, art work and prints, vintage opthamologist medical tools, smoking & tobacco items, New Triumph & Victorinox watches, Lenox USA Ivory china sets & pieces, LLadro, living room & dining room furniture, marble pedestals, antiques & high end collectibles and so much more. Again this is all from a single estate and has been moved to our facility in Memphis for liquidation. It is recommended you attend the open house on Tuesday April 16th because the pictures and the descriptions in the catalog do not do this sale justice.
Public open house to view items before you bid will be held Tuesday April 16th from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm EST and any time during available business hours before the end of the auction. Please call for appointment if needed.
Pick up and checkout dates are Thursday April 18th from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm EST and Friday April 19th from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm EST. Please adhere to the pick up schedule as the items in this auctions need to be removed to make room for the next.
