The improvements situated on the corner lot consist of a hardboard shingle siding covered home built circa 1962 containing approximately 2,249 square feet of living area. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen with dinette nook, lg. L/R-D/R combination with wood burning fireplace, and studio/family room with sliding glass doors. Heat is oil fired forced air, electric hot water heater and there is CAC. There is no basement. Other improvements consist of a 16x35 in-ground swimming pool with gazebo area, and a wooden outdoor shed. NOTE: The full bath has been gutted and is currently not functional. The property is serviced by well & septic.
