There will be "extended bidding" which means items that have bids placed within 4 minutes of its closing time will have an additional 4 minutes of bidding until there is 4minutes of inactivity at which point the bidding will be closed.

April 26 by appointment Becker Auction Warehouse 508 W. Stevens Ave, Rushford, MN. All items must be picked up by April 26th at 5:30 to avoid late fees or possibly forfeit of items. Items not picked up by the deadline will be subject to a $2 late/storage fee per day. 15% Buyers Premium on card & currency pay purchases, 5% discount on cash and check purchases - and Sales Tax will be applied to all items. Buyer is solely responsible for the disassembly, loading, and transport of all items. For liability reasons, Becker Auction staff cannot assist. Please bring assistance or tools if needed.
