The University offers no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.   Food will be available on premises.  Penn State University and the auctioneer will not be responsible in case of accidents.  Auction will be conducted as per auctioneers terms and conditions.  Verbal instructions on day of auction will supersede any written terms.  Any or all discrepancies will be settled by the auctioneer and will be final.  Items for auction can be viewed 7 AM - 9 AM the day of the auction and Wednesday, April 24^th 7 AM - 4:30 PM.  All purchased auction items must be picked up no later than Thursday, May 2, 2019.  PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA IF YOUR ORGANIZATION IS EXEMPT FROM PENNSYLVANIA STATE SALES TAX, YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR EXEMPTION FORM WHEN REGISTERING.
