Valid U.S. issued, positive photo ID required at check-in. Cash, approved check, Visa/MC, Discover. 13% buyers premium with a 3% discount for cash or check payments. We do not accept checks from US Bank. Items purchased must be paid for on auction day. Removals must be completed no later than 90 minutes after the auction or between 9-NOON on Sunday. We will not be responsible for items not picked up within these parameters. We accept absentee bids only after the item(s) has been inspected on auction day. We do not offer Internet or phone bidding.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR AUTOMOBILE: Buyer must sign title on auction day before car will be released. Car and title will be released upon cash or credit card payment. If paying by check, car and title will be released once check clears.
