There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all items with the exception of the real estate. All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. Bidders are encouraged to inspect all items carefully before placing a bid on any item. Bidders may preview and inspect items beginning at 3 p.m. on date of auction. All items must be removed from the auction site by end of auction unless other arrangements are made with auction staff. Items left more than 7 days after the auction date will be considered abandoned by the buyer.

A nice collection of die cast racing cars and motorcycles. Some vintage costume jewelry. A "chi chi chia" doll you can grow plants in the top of her head, a Sega Genesis classic game console, a bit of furniture, lots of tools, books, art, home decor, small appliances, onions and potatoes, just about anything you can imagine. Housewares, new items, vintage items - something for everyone! Everyone is welcome at our auction.
