BUYER’S PREMIUM: The Bidder agrees to pay a 15% Buyer’s Premium that will be added to the final hammer price. The sum of the purchase price plus the 15% Buyer’s Premium is the final purchase price. This includes the premium charged by the online vendor, Proxibid.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: The Bidder is required to enter valid credit card information upon registration with Proxibid. If Bidder has previously registered with Proxibid, please make sure the credit card information on file is current. If it is not, Bidders should be sure to update this information on their Proxibid profile, prior to registering to bid in this auction. ANY BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD THAT IS ON FILE WITH PROXIBID WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION.
MOVING and SHIPPING: The Auctioneer does not ship, pack, or move items. All such packaging, handling and shipping is at the sole risk of the winning Bidder, and Auctioneer shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items. It is the full responsibility of the winning Bidder to schedule any shipping or make special arrangements if necessary. Rigging and removal may not begin until payment has been made in full and the auction sale is complete. Winning bidders agree to utilize and pay a rigging company directly for the costs of dismantling. Costs are in Addition to Buyers Premium and Bid Price.

Rigging and removal of these lots is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Rigging and removal may not begin until payment has been made in full and the auction sale is complete. For removal of these lots whether performed by the customer or a rigging company, a certificate of insurance for $1,000,000.00 naming Pamela Rose Auction Company, LLC & Bradley Laking, Care Caskets Intl, LLC as the insured, must be presented.
