1. PROCEDURE: Bidding ends Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at 10:00 AM, with a soft close, meaning that a bid in the final minute will extend bidding by 5 minutes. Real Estate is selling by the Lump Sum for lot 49 in Fields Crossing Subdivision, Parcel # 14-2-15-35-04-406-029 located Downing Pl.  

2. BUYERS PREMIUM: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid price to arrive at the contract sales price.  

3. ACCEPTANCE OF BID PRICES: Winning bidder(s) will enter into a Contract to Purchase immediately upon being declared the Successful Bidder by the Auctioneer.
