After almost a century in the Millwork & Building business, the Ritchie family has sold the real estate and now the complete woodworking shop with all the equipment & huge inventory of lumber must be sold at public online auction. This will be a complete liquidation and the inventory is huge. We will be posting a complete inventoried listing here very soon. Please noth that we will be hosting 3 open houses offering you the opportunity to come inspect all the thousands of feet of great quality lumber & the commercial woodworking equipment. AUCTION NOTE: Please take the time to personally inspect everything being sold. All equipment is running and operating condition. Both single & three phase equipment. This has been a working millwork shop until now that the real estate has been sold. Due to pictures not showing the quality and quantity of lumber we highly encourage all potential buyer's to come look. Some of this lumber will be 50 or more years cured and much of the moldings & trim was custom made by Mr. Ritchie or his shop many shop employees. You will find many interesting and useful items here at Ritchie's Millwork.
