Sells As-Is with no contingencies for financing or post-inspections to the highest bidder regardless of price.  10% Buyer's Premium will be added to high bid to establish final sale price.  Buyer pays all closing costs.  Sale will be considered a direct sale from Seller (Peoples Bank) to buyer with no Agency representation of Seller. 10% Deposit must be wired to Escrow Agent within 24 hours of auction end. Close on or before June 14, 2019.

Bid Extensions: If a bid is received within the last 5 minutes prior to the stated Auction End Time, bidding will extend for an additional 5-minute period of time. Bid extensions will continue until a 5 minute period of time elapses after the stated Auction End Time with no advancing bids placed.
