ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL ON DAY OF SALE. PAYMENTS IN U.S. FUNDS BY CASH, CREDIT CARD (3% FEE), CASHIER’S CHECK, BUSINESS OR PERSONAL CHECK ACCOMPANIED BY A BANK LETTER GUARANTEEING FUNDS. GA Sales Tax of 7% will be charged unless Tax Exempt Number is presented at Registration.
REQUIREMENTS FOR BANK LETTER ARE:
1. MADE PAYABLE TO: CLARK AUCTION CO.
2. MUST GUARANTEE UP TO AN EXACT AMOUNT
3. MUST HAVE CURRENT DATE
4. MUST BE ON BANK STATIONERY AND SIGNED BY AN OFFICER OF THE BANK
5. A LETTER OF INTRODUCTION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
GUARANTEES: ALL ITEMS TO BE SOLD AS IS/WHERE IS
YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SHOW YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE TO REGISTER.
