Anyone not Registered with the Cashier on Sale day will not be allowed to bid/buy any items at the auction. *Seller has the right to accept or reject any high bid on any item(s) and/or set reserves on an item(s) that they see fit. *Some items may be sold as a "Yes or No" from the seller.* We Accept Cash, Credit Cards, Or GOOD Checks.*Lorain County Sales Tax (6.75%) will be added to all Invoices unless Tax Exempt Is on File in Our Office **13% Buyers Premium will be added to the final total of the buyer with a 3% Discount for Cash or Good Check.

So Join us for an Auction FULL OF GREAT FUN!! Firearms to sell at 6:30pm Read More Below;
**Firearms ARE NOT kept on site here at Creekside Auction Gallery and will arrive here right before the Auction for inspection. We will sell all of the Firearms Starting at 6:30pm. ALL Firearms Sold in this Auction will require that the buyer(s) Pay thier Invoice Here At Creekside Auction Gallery and Then Pick up the Firearm(s) they bought at a seprate FFL Dealer Location and Fill Out all Legal Federal and State Paperwork at the Location of the FFL Dealer, Olmsted Armory on Mills Road in North Ridgeville, Ohio, Before they are allowed to take that firearm(s) home. All Firearm Sales are subject to a background check if the law requires one to be done. Olmsted Armory will Be Open until 10pm on March 28, 2019 to perform these ownership transfers. If you are unable to pick up your firearm on this date you need to Make a later Appointment to pick them up. All Buyers MUST be Legally allowed to buy and Possess a firearm. All Buyers will Pay Their full invoice to Creekside Auction Gallery and Have a copy of that paid Invoice in order to pick up any Firearms from the FFL Dealer location. No invoice, No Pick up!
