·       There is no buyer’s premium in the live auction.  All forms of absentee bidding has a 10% Buyers premium.  If you are interested in bidding on items, please email the item and your top dollar.  We will start around half and bid to your top dollar.  No absentee bidding for items under $100.   No phone bids or call in bids are accepted. 

·       Bidder registration requires a valid, state, photo identification card. All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guaranties!

·       Every item is described to the best of our abilities but is opinion and not to be taken as fact.

·       Terms of payment include CASH or Credit Debit, there is a 4% convenience fee to use plastic.  Due to the rash of bad checks, We are no longer able to accept checks from New Bidders.
