All lots subject to seller approval. Invoices will be sent following seller approval. Pickup must be completed by Thursday, March 14 at 2:30PM. No Exceptions. Pickup by appointment only, M-F between 8AM-2:30PM. Buyer's are responsible to bring proper help, tools and equipment to remove purchases, no additional help will be available. All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium. Payment is in Guaranteed Funds only and payment methods include Cash, Wire Transfer, Money Order or Cashier's Check.* Bank checks and money orders can be made out to Absolute Auctions & Realty. Payment can be mailed to Absolute Auction Center, POB 1739, 45 South Avenue, Pleasant Valley, NY 12569 via Priority Mail. Note: If lots are not picked up by the pickup deadline, there will be a $25 charge per day for 10 business days. If not picked up, the lots will be declared forfeited abandoned and be resold.
