Auction Terms: All items are offered "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. All sales are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Preview items on Thursday, February 14th between 3:00-6:00PM. Online Only Auction - All items must be removed from the home between 1:00-6:00PM on Friday, February 15th. If you can not pick up during this time, do not bid in this auction. Furniture buyers, make plans to rent a van or truck for the scheduled pick-up time. All items not removed within the specific time will be considered abandoned. There is a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all purchases, with a 3% discount for cash or check payments made at the time of pick-up. Payment by Visa or MasterCard, Cash or Check on pick-up day. All Buyer's will be charged a 6% Loudoun County sales tax, unless they have a tax exempt number on file at the time of check out. Lots will close on February 14, 2019 at 7:00PM with three lots selling every minute. Any lot with bidding within the last few moments of the closing will receive extended bidding time to give all buyers ample time to respond. Please print a copy of your receipt and present it on the day of pick-up before removing your items. NEITHER AUCTIONEER, NOR SELLER ARE OBLIGATED TO HELP BUYERS IN REMOVING ITEMS FROM THE HOME. NO SHIPPING OFFERED ON ANY LOTS PURCHASED. Buyers, their associates, representatives, employees or contracted help are responsible for all items after purchase, and any damage to the home caused while items are being removed.
