Notice: This Auction is set to close Tuesday March 12th @ 12:00 Noon & will extend 5 minutes if someone places a bid within the last 5 minutes of the time and will continuously do so until no one bids for that time period. The Auction will close once no bids are placed in that 5-minute time frame. Successful bidder will be emailed a contract to be executed and returned to Kaufman Realty & Auctions of Wv. The entirety of the remaining balance is due at closing. Instructions for wire transfer and /or cashier’s check transmittal will be sent by e-mail to the successful bidder. Purchaser shall be responsible for all wire transfer fees. No financing or other contingencies. Any required inspections must be completed prior to bidding.
